ALTHOUGH CUT OFF, I FLOURISH
Recent research by WHS members, David Appleton and Ruth Major, have led to a new meaning for the Winslow Family Crest, a meaning that is inclusive of all Winslows.
Decerptus Floreo, “Although Cut off, I Flourish”, shares the thought that while the Winslow families here in the US have been cut off from the main stem of the family in England, we Winslows flourish here on these shores. Thank you David and Ruth for giving new meaning to our family crest.

MEMBERSHIP FEE CHANGE: effective January 1, 2026 the cost of a life membership will increase to a one -time fee of $300.00 with a non-refundable application fee of $25.00. Regular membership will be $25.00 yearly with a non-refundable application fee of $25.00. The annual meeting of the Winslow Heritage Society will be held in person on Saturday September 12, 2026 at Hotel 1620, Plymouth, MA from 11a to 1p. .
